Dinkelbieren is a small craft brewery founded in 2017 and based in Losser, a town in the Twente region of the eastern Netherlands. The brewery is a true family affair, run by father Richard, daughter Lynn, and son-in-law Stefan. Like many passionate home brewers, the team started with plenty of trial and error — their very first batch reportedly ended up down the drain. That hands-on spirit of experimentation has remained central to who they are, and from the start, Richard expressed the ambition to one day export their beers to neighbouring Germany, the heartland of brewing tradition. Dinkelbieren has built a portfolio rooted in traditional and seasonal beer styles. Among their offerings is a Weizen Bock clocking in at 7.0% ABV, showcasing their affinity for malt-forward, characterful brews. The brewery embraces seasonal brewing, with limited releases that reflect the rhythm of the year. Their beers are crafted with a clear love for the craft and a regional pride that connects them firmly to the Twente identity. Dinkelbieren has earned recognition within the Dutch craft beer community. A recent silver medal — noted in a congratulatory message on social media — points to a growing reputation for quality. The brewery also participates in collaborative initiatives like Beer Geeks Beat ALS, underlining their involvement in the wider Dutch brewing scene.
