Brouwerij De Meester

Brouwerij De Meester is a Belgian craft brewery located on the Nelca site in Lendelede, West Flanders. The brewery was founded in 2016 by Dirk De Meester and Ann, bringing a passion for traditional brewing to the heart of the West Flemish countryside. From the very beginning, the brewery has committed itself to brewing exclusively according to traditional brewing processes, a philosophy that runs through every beer it produces. Brouwerij De Meester has built a reputation for bold, characterful beers, with a particular strength in high-gravity styles. The portfolio includes a Belgian quadrupel, an imperial stout with a distinctive Belgian touch, and a brut beer — illustrating the brewery's willingness to experiment within a traditional framework. The De Meester Maitre Quad and the imperial stout have both drawn attention from international beer enthusiasts for their depth and complexity. The brewery also produces an Old Brown (Oud Bruin) range and so-called Bootleg beers alongside its core assortment. Brouwerij De Meester also serves as a host venue for beer brewing workshops through BREWed, a brewing education and consultancy programme, making it a destination for both curious beer lovers and aspiring brewers. The brewery has been selected to participate in beer festivals, further cementing its growing reputation in the Belgian craft beer scene.
