Siris Brewery is a Greek craft brewery located on the outskirts of Serres, a city in north-east Greece approximately 83 kilometres from Thessaloniki and 581 kilometres from Athens. The brewery takes its name from the ancient city of Serres, rooting its identity firmly in the region's rich history. From this base in northern Greece, Siris has grown into one of the country's recognised craft brewing operations. Siris Brewery produces beer under two distinct lines: Voreia, the flagship range positioned as the more classic and accessible offering, and Happy Brewers, a line that explores more adventurous and experimental styles. The Voreia range includes a Lager at 4.5% ABV and a Pilsner at 5% ABV, while the Happy Brewers line ventures into styles such as a German Pilsner, showcasing the brewery's range across both traditional and craft-forward beer styles. Hops such as Citra, Simcoe, Cascade, and Eclipse feature in beers like their New England Pale Ale, demonstrating an attention to modern hopping techniques. Siris Brewery's beers have gained visibility beyond Greece's borders, appearing at craft beer venues and tap takeovers across Europe. The Voreia brand in particular has become a recognisable name in the growing Greek craft beer scene, with the brewery's portfolio appealing to drinkers seeking both approachable lagers and more characterful craft ales.
