St. Louis Premium Gueuze from Kasteel Brouwerij Vanhonsebrouck is a classic gueuze brewed in Izegem. Created in 1958 for Expo 58, it remains a flagship product of this brewery, established in 1865. This gueuze blends young and old lambics, beers of spontaneous fermentation. Lively acidity dominates the palate, beautifully rounded by mild sweetness and finishing dry with soft fruitiness and light bitterness.
