Zundert 10 is the quadrupel brewed by Trappistenbrouwerij De Kievit, the Trappist monastery brewery in Zundert, Netherlands. This top-fermented ale is bottle-conditioned and pours a deep ruby-brown colour with a light beige head. The flavour is full-bodied and well-rounded, with warm malt tones and soft sweetness balanced by a pleasant hop bitterness. A signature herbal character, distinctive to all Zundert beers, subtly emerges in the finish. The beer closes dry with a warming alcohol presence at 10% ABV.
