Pool Bouncer is a bold collaboration between Sibeeria from Prague and Bevog, two breweries unafraid to challenge style conventions. Labelled a Cold Pale Ale, it refuses easy categorization. The breweries added 10% rice to lighten the body and let the hops shine without obstruction. Czech Most and Slovenian Dragon hops deliver a fresh aroma of passion fruit and lemon, backed by a clean, assertive bitterness that cuts through the crisp finish.
