About
Sint Servattumus crafts this tripel in Schijndel using malt, spelt and local hops. 'ne Sjlaag van de Meule emerged from a single 2000-litre base brew that was developed into multiple fruity variants – a deliberate exploration by the artisanal brewery team. In the glass, a lightly hoppy, floral tripel with yellow fruit notes and tripel yeast esters. The beer shows a medium-sweet character with a pleasant light bitterness in the finish that brings balance. The use of roasted spelt malt adds depth and character to this 8% strength beer.
