Brewed by Oriel Beer in Bucharest in collaboration with Sunstone Alehouse, this lighter-coloured quadrupel brings together diverse malts, flakes, hops, orange peel and a blend of yeasts. The nose reveals sweet fruity notes, coffee and caramel. On the palate, vanilla, biscuit and chocolate emerge, balanced by a cold brew component from DropShot Coffee Roasters. An intense yet harmonious beer at 9% ABV.
