Ayinger Bräuweisse is an authentic Bavarian hefeweizen from Privatbrauerei Ayinger, a family brewery with roots reaching back to 1878. This unfiltered wheat beer is brewed using traditional top-fermentation methods and adheres strictly to the German Beer Purity Law. The nose is dominated by classic hefeweizen character: banana and yeast, with subtle notes of clove, coriander and vanilla. On the palate, spicy and crisp flavours develop with a full body and lively carbonation that tingles pleasantly. The finish is clean and dry.
