Paljas Blond is a traditional Belgian blonde ale brewed with top fermentation, unfiltered and bottle-conditioned. This craft beer emerged from brewer Mathias Van den Poel's hobby, after two years of experimenting with different hop varieties to perfect the recipe. The beer displays a golden blonde colour with aromas of dried fruit and subtle malt notes. On the palate, fruity and floral tones emerge alongside light spice, supported by four hop varieties that deliver a pleasant bitterness. The addition of wheat and restrained dry-hopping contribute to its distinctive fresh character. The finish is dry with modest bitterness and a clean aftertaste. Brewed with natural ingredients, this accessible beer achieves a well-balanced profile that rewards both casual and attentive drinkers.
