Brewed with generous amounts of wheat malt, this beer achieves softness and fullness of flavour despite its modest 5.9% ABV. The nose is fresh and fruity with citrus notes. On the palate, an interplay of hop bitterness and fruit esters emerges, with citrus and mineral character.
