Kaapse Tijger is a 4.6% ABV Pilsner brewed by Kaapse Brouwers of Rotterdam in collaboration with the IFFR festival. This limited-edition release comes from the independent brewery that has championed bold recipes and experimental flavours since 2014. This Pilsner strikes a balanced profile of malt and hop character. The nose reveals grainy and floral notes with subtle citrus aromatics. The palate shows solid malt presence with grassy and fruity undertones, supported by restrained bitterness. The finish is clean and dry, true to classic Pilsner form.
