Kaapse Sunnie is a light and approachable IPA from Kaapse Brouwers, the independent Rotterdam brewery known since 2014 for bold recipes and creative flavour experiments. At 4.6% ABV, this session IPA strikes a balance between hop character and easy drinkability. Sunnie presents with fresh, grassy hop notes and subtle citrus accents. The malt backbone offers sufficient lightness and grain character, inviting multiple glasses. The finish is clean and dry, without lingering bitterness.
