This robust ale combines generous amounts of carefully selected malts with the distinctive flavours of this regional ingredient. The beer displays sweet, syrupy character with licorice-like notes and warming depth. Aromas are complex and inviting, while the palate reveals full malt presence with subtle spiced-bread undertones.
