Duvel Tripel Hop Cashmere is a Belgian IPA from Brouwerij Duvel Moortgat, brewed with the aromatic Cashmere hop variety. This strong blonde ale (9.5% ABV) delivers a refined balance of tropical fruit and citrus, with notes of melon, peach and coconut. Fermentation takes place traditionally in tanks at 20–26°C using exclusive hops prized for their consistent quality. Bitterness remains subtle (IBU 40) despite the higher alcohol content, making the beer deceptively drinkable. Crisp citrus dominates the aroma, while the palate stays elegant without aggressive hop bitterness. The finish is dry with a vinous aftertaste.
