Kerstsnol is a playful take on the Chaams Winterbier from Dorpsbrouwerij de Pimpelmeesch, a North Brabant brewery and one of the Netherlands' first craft breweries since 2000. This Belgian-style Strong Ale is crafted with water, malt, hops and yeast. The aroma reveals soft caramel, brown sugar and subtle honey notes. On the palate, pleasant spice emerges alongside liquorice and aniseed, complemented by dark fruit character. The finish remains spiced and mild, with a smooth aftertaste enhanced by honey.
