About

The Chaamse Tripel from Dorpsbrouwerij de Pimpelmeesch is a blonde ale brewed with high fermentation at 8.5% ABV. Founded in 2000 in Chaam, North Brabant, this brewery was among the Netherlands' first craft operations and remains committed to brewing with only water, malt, hops and yeast. The beer displays a clear golden-blonde colour beneath a full, blonde head. The aroma is fruity and spicy, with apricot and dried fruit notes. On the palate, fruitiness and spicy character emerge, carried by a medium body that balances the alcohol warmth without overwhelming. Best enjoyed lightly chilled, this tripel allows its spicy and fruity character to shine. It is particularly popular as a seasonal choice in autumn and winter, and pairs well with food.
