Founded in 2000 in Chaam, North Brabant, this brewery was among the Netherlands' first craft operations and remains committed to brewing with only water, malt, hops and yeast. The beer displays a clear golden-blonde colour beneath a full, blonde head. The aroma is fruity and spicy, with apricot and dried fruit notes.
