Browar Pinta's Masterbar is an ambitious barrel-aged Barleywine from Poland, fermented and matured for twelve months in rum and bourbon casks. This robust beer (12% ABV) marries the full, intricate base of an English Barleywine with the warming influence of American whiskey and Caribbean rum. Vanilla and cocoa lead the flavour profile, supported by oak and spirit notes from the extended aging. The dual cask regimen brings layers of toffee, dark fruit and subtle spice. This is a contemplative beer, designed for lingering sessions and fresh discovery with each sip.
