This beer balances 50 IBU of bitterness with generous dry-hopping, and uses Kveik—a Norwegian brewer's yeast—during fermentation to impart a distinctive character. The full malt bill and double-hop approach create layered complexity. At 7.2% ABV, the beer carries enough body to support the hop intensity without heaviness.
