About
St.-Feuillien Triple is a classic Belgian abbey beer from Brouwerij St. Feuillien in Le Roeulx, Wallonia. Brewed since 1988 and originally bottled in champagne-style formats, this 8.5% ABV tripel showcases a burnished gold colour beneath a rocky white head. Belgian yeast fermentation delivers the beer's distinctive character: fruity esters of banana and apricot, spice notes of coriander and clove, and a subtle herbal complexity. The palate balances sweet honey and bready malt against a dry, slightly peppery finish, with firm carbonation and a light oily texture that frames the lingering bitterness. This is a contemplative beer rooted in nine centuries of abbey brewing tradition, named after Saint Feuillien, an Irish missionary from the 7th century whose legacy inspired the monastery's enduring craft.
