Brewed since 1988 and originally bottled in champagne-style formats, this 8.5% ABV tripel showcases a burnished gold colour beneath a rocky white head. Belgian yeast fermentation delivers the beer's distinctive character: fruity esters of banana and apricot, spice notes of coriander and clove, and a subtle herbal complexity.
