Grisette Bio Blanche is an organically certified Witbier from Brasserie St. Feuillien in Le Roeulx, Belgium. This light, refreshing beer is brewed with malt from three grain varieties, lactic acid, invert sugar and spices. Secondary fermentation in the bottle releases a richness of aroma rarely found in this style. Pale yellow and slightly hazy in the glass, it carries a white foam head. The nose shows subtle citrus and gentle spice. The palate is dry with fruity and spicy notes, while wheat malt sits softly in the background. The mouthfeel is prickly and smooth with pronounced carbonation. A well-crafted beer of understated character—refined and approachable.
