About
Amsterdam's Brouwerij Kleiburg, a social enterprise, reimagines traditional Belgian monastery brewing with contemporary flair. This Tripel IPA merges the full body and elevated alcohol of a classic tripel with the expansive hop character of an American IPA. The beer pours hazy amber with a frothy head. The nose reveals malt, candied fruit, caramel and citrus peel alongside resinous pine notes. On the palate, sweetness and bitterness coexist in balance—the hop bitterness is assertive yet integrated. The mouthfeel is creamy and full-bodied, finishing dry with lingering hop bitterness that defines the aftertaste.
