About
Brouwerij Dockum in Dokkum revived a brewing tradition that had vanished since 1876. With Dutch IPA – Hard to Crack, this Frisian brewery delivers a double-hopped beer at 8% ABV that is crisp, fruity and backed by solid hop bitterness. The beer opens with citrus and floral aromas alongside tropical fruit notes. On the palate, those fruity qualities meet a pleasant, assertive bitterness that gives the beer backbone and character. This is an IPA that doesn't shy away from hop-forward flavour, yet balances it with the sweeter side of tropical fruit.
