Steenuilke is a golden blonde beer from Brouwerij De Ryck in Herzele, created in 2009 through a partnership with the regional landscape organization of the Flemish Ardennes to support the little owl. Brewed with herbs from the region, this distinctive beer balances light malt character with subtle fruit notes. The hallmark of Steenuilke lies in its pronounced spicy, peppery and slightly grassy bitterness. At 6.5% ABV, it offers a full-bodied, hoppy profile that remains refined rather than aggressive.
