Brooklyn Lager is the flagship beer of Brooklyn Brewery, founded in 1988 by Steve Hindy and Tom Potter. This amber lager draws inspiration from Vienna-style traditions and pre-Prohibition recipes, crafted by master brewer William Moeller, a fourth-generation German-American. The all-malt beer showcases a firm malt character enhanced by dry-hopping, a traditional technique applied during maturation. The aroma displays toffee, toast and caramel balanced by grapefruit, floral and pine notes from the dry hops. On the palate, a clean malt core meets a refreshing bitterness and earthy hop character. The finish is crisp and dry, leaving a lingering, satisfying impression.
