Blanche de Bruxelles from Brasserie Lefebvre has been brewed since 1989 in Rebecq-Quenast, honouring the witbier tradition of old Belgian farm breweries. Unfiltered and brewed with 40% wheat, coriander and curaçao peel, it presents a hazy pale yellow body beneath a luxuriant white head. The aroma and palate feature bright citrus—orange and lemon—paired with soft coriander spice. The beer is refreshingly crisp and thirst-quenching, with a clean citrus finish and subtle herbal complexity. Belgian yeast character adds depth without overwhelming the delicate balance.
