Brasserie St-Feuillien
Grisette

About
Brasserie St-Feuillien has brewed natural, additive-free top-fermented beers since 1873. The brewery takes its name from Foylan, a seventh-century Irish monk who travelled to spread the gospel in Belgium's Hainaut region. The brewery works with selected malts, aromatic hops, and supplementary grains including oats, rice, and wheat. All water is drawn from the Le Roeulx water table—an essential ingredient that comprises up to 90% of the beer. This pure water forms the foundation of the brewery's distinctive flavour profile. St-Feuillien beers are known for their natural character and craftsmanship. Each beer reflects the tradition of Belgian breweries from the late 19th century, when local producers crafted their own pale ales.
