Stouterik is Brasserie de la Senne's answer to the uninspiring stouts being brewed in Belgium during the early 2000s. The two Brussels-born brewers, proud of their city and Belgian brewing heritage, crafted a dry stout that is light in body yet full of character. Roasted malt and unmalted roasted barley form the foundation of this dark beer's distinctive profile. The aroma reveals coffee, milk chocolate and roasted grain. On the palate, roasted notes take centre stage, balanced by subtle dried fruit sweetness and a velvety mouthfeel.
