OMER Traditional Blond is the flagship beer of Brouwerij Omer Vander Ghinste, a family brewery brewing in Bellegem since 1892. Introduced in 2008, this ale transformed the brewery's fortunes and represents 120 years of brewing heritage. It is brewed to a traditional recipe using carefully selected malted barley from the Loire region and three varieties of aromatic hops. Golden in colour with a creamy white head, OMER Traditional Blond delivers a full flavour profile with fruity aromas and subtle bitterness. Secondary fermentation in the bottle adds character and refinement. At 8% alcohol, the beer balances fruitiness with a dry, crisp finish and pleasant hop bitterness that lingers without overwhelming.
