The result is a refined 9.8% ABV beer with bright acidity and layered complexity. The nose reveals honey malt, subtle bready notes and gentle fruity esters. On the palate, champagne-like elegance unfolds alongside peach, lemon zest, apple and pineapple, woven through with Belgian yeast character and delicate spice.
