Brouwerij De Leite's Cuvée Oncle Pol is a soft-sour Flemish red-brown, born from founder Luc Vermeersch's passion for fermented beers. This blend marries a brown beer aged over a year in oak casks with a young blonde, creating a balanced sour with red-brown hues where sweetness and sourness complement each other. In the glass, a full and lasting head forms. The nose reveals cherry, strawberry and vanilla, with whispers of oak and vinegar. On the palate, medium body meets sticky texture and fine carbonation.
