Brouwerij De Snor is an independent craft brewery based in Velp, Gelderland, in the Netherlands. Founded in October 2015 by brothers Gert Stoer and Nick van Mierlo, the brewery built its reputation around honest, no-nonsense brewing — reflected in their tagline: "the Arnhem brewery without fuss." From the start, the duo brought a hands-on approach to crafting speciality beers with passion and craftsmanship. The brewery's portfolio spans a range of styles, including witbier and pale ale, alongside low- and non-alcoholic options. A notable example is the Kale Snor, a non-alcoholic pale ale at just 0.3% ABV, developed in part out of personal motivation linked to a family member's experience with cancer. Each November, Brouwerij De Snor participates in "Snorvember," a fundraising campaign in support of the fight against cancer — a tradition that has become central to the brewery's identity. Brouwerij De Snor's beers are available through their own website and can also be found at select cafés and specialty beer shops. The brewery operates a taproom (proeflokaal) in Velp, open every Saturday and on the second Sunday of the month, giving beer lovers a chance to experience their range directly at the source.
