Wild Creatures Raspberry Red is an intense Flanders Red from the Czech Republic, brewed using traditional spontaneous fermentation methods. The beer is produced during cold months and cooled in open vats, where local microflora from the brewery's surroundings naturally inoculate the wort. This approach defines Wild Creatures' philosophy and gives their beers their characteristic softness. Raspberry is the star here, with the aroma and palate delivering ripe fruit notes reminiscent of raspberry jam, without artificial character.
