Veltins Pilsener is a classic German pilsner from the Sauerland region, brewed in accordance with the German Purity Law. The brewery was founded in 1824 in Grevensteijn and has evolved into one of Germany's most modern private breweries. This beer is crafted using natural spring water from its own mountain sources, barley malt, hops from the Hallertau region and yeast. The nose reveals subtle malt and pleasant grassy character. The first sip bursts with fine carbonation and delivers a balanced soft malt note with gentle hop bitterness. The palate evolves from sweet malt to toffee-like notes, finishing clean and dry. This is a full-bodied pilsner with crisp carbonation and a lingering, well-balanced finish.
