Hoppy Hieroglyphs is a Black IPA from Uiltje Brewing Company in Haarlem, brewed with American hops Simcoe and Centennial. Dark roasted malt, coffee and chocolate form the foundation, while citrus and tropical fruit notes from the hops cut through the darkness. The finish is crisp and dry, with a lingering bitterness that doesn't overpower. Medium body and balanced structure make this an approachable yet assertive dark hop beer.
