Uiltje Brewing Company and Data Science Lab joined forces to create a NEIPA built on data, not intuition alone. Using analytics and sensory science, they engineered the recipe, hop selection, and fermentation to achieve a balanced, approachable New England IPA.

Expect tropical fruit—mango, pineapple, lychee—layered with subtle citrus notes. A hybrid Pomona yeast delivers the creamy, smooth mouthfeel that defines the style. The finish is pleasantly hoppy and bitter, with good grip but no harshness.
