This IPA merges the tropical punch of the standard Bird of Prey with a substantial grapefruit infusion—fresh juice, peel and extract deliver intense citrus character that cuts through the hop bitterness.

The palate walks the line between fruit-forward and dry, finishing with prominent grapefruit and lingering bitterness. German malt provides the foundation, while a blend of Chinook, Cascade, Citra, Mosaic and Amarillo hops sharpens the fruity profile.
