Fazantisch is an ambitious collaboration between Bird Brewery and Jopen, two Dutch craft breweries that joined forces to create a stewed pear stout. At 8% ABV, this beer blends roasted malts with fruity and spiced character. Stewed pear forms the flavour foundation, complemented by vanilla, cinnamon and chocolate malt.

The combination of dark malts and fermented pear fruitiness creates a full, layered beer. The alcohol warmth builds toward a boozy finish. This is a beer for moments of reflection, where dark roasted malt and adventurous spice come together with dark fruit depth.
