Stadsbrouwerij Eindhoven Heeren van Eynthoven
Heeren van Eynthoven is an amber-hued tripel from 100 Watt Brewery (formerly Stadsbrouwerij Eindhoven), brewed in the restored Schellens textile factory from 1901 in central Eindhoven. The name honours the castle where the city originated in the 15th century.
This 9% tripel delivers a layered flavour profile marked by hoppy, spicy and malty character. The nose reveals citrus fruit, orange and lemon zest alongside yeasty and fruity notes. On the palate, sweet malt intertwines with yellow stone fruit and bright citrus, creating engaging complexity without heaviness.
The finish is clean and dry, with a persistent gentle bitterness. Medium body and refined carbonation make this a approachable yet characterful tripel that rewards careful tasting.
