Non de Jus is a tripel brewed by 100 Watt Brewery, formerly known as Stadsbrouwerij Eindhoven. Located in the monumental Schellens factory, a former textile mill from 1901 in central Eindhoven, the brewery draws its name from the city's nickname: the City of Light.

This tripel stands out for the addition of cardamom and grains of paradise, spices that lend the beer a distinctive character. The result is a layered drinking experience with fruity notes and a harmonious interplay between malty sweetness and the subtle warmth of spice.
