100 Watt Nuit noire is a warming winter beer from Eindhoven's 100 Watt brewery (formerly Stadsbrouwerij Eindhoven), brewed in a converted textile factory in the city's heart. This Quadrupel is purpose-built for cold months, drawing its deep and full character from roasted malts. The beer presents dark and inviting, topped with a short, crisp head. The aroma reveals spicy notes, caramel and roasted grains with hints of clove. On the palate, toffee, cocoa and coffee emerge alongside a roasty bitterness, balanced by dark fruit notes of raisin.
