Sori Cape Hope is an Imperial IPA from Sori Brewing, founded by two Finns who relocated to Tallinn to brew without compromise. This ambitious beer reflects their philosophy: full of character and no shortcuts.

At 8.3% ABV, Cape Hope delivers a full, tropical experience. The aroma is exuberant with citrus and fruity notes, while the flavour unfolds with grapefruit, citrus zest and a subtle bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium to full, with pleasant carbonation that keeps the beer drinkable despite the alcohol strength.
