Rock City Dark Barleywine (oude Jenever Infused) is a collaboration between Rock City Brewing in Amersfoort and the distillers of Onder De Linden in Wageningen. This dark barleywine merges the intensity of craft brewing with the distinctive botanical character of traditional Dutch genever.

The aroma reveals subtle coffee notes with a whisper of genever alcohol warmth. The palate delivers a thick, substantial mouthfeel befitting its 11% ABV. Dark amber in colour with a hazy appearance, it wears a thin beige foam head.
