Ramses Z'Onder Baard is an amber ale from Ramses Bier in Hooge Zwaluwe, a pioneer in Dutch craft brewing since the 1990s. This steam beer is brewed with lager yeast at a higher temperature, giving it fuller flavour.

The beer pours a hazy dark brown with a thick, lasting tan head. The aroma reveals coffee, dark fruits and molasses with chocolate notes. On the palate, red fruit and roasted bitterness meet a sweet chocolate finish, framed by earthy hop character.

This complex beer finishes with a light body and dry edge, pairing well with roasted poultry and white fish.
