Ramses Bier from the Netherlands crafted this Roggestout as a 2021 vintage, matured on Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels. The beer blends rye, wheat and malted oats with UK Fuggles hops, resulting in a full-bodied, soft imperial stout at 11% ABV.

Coffee and dark chocolate dominate the nose and palate, complemented by wood and vanilla notes from the bourbon cask aging. The beer carries substantial body and a warming, boozy finish befitting its strength.

This vintage is no longer in production, making it a collector's piece for fans of complex, barrel-aged stouts.
