Bobcat 2.0 is a dark saison from Ramses Bier, brewed as a single hop beer using only Sorachi Ace. This Dutch craft beer emerged from a single base brew of 2000 litres that was split into five different fruity variants by Brouwerij Brouwersnös in Groenlo. The beer pours black with a full head. The nose reveals saison yeast, chocolate and peach. The palate combines dry yeast and liquorice with sticky malt character, finishing with a dry herbal note.
