ROTT.toetje is a pastry stout from ROTT. Brouwers, a Rotterdam-based brewery crafting beer for life's celebrations. This dense, full-bodied and creamy beer weaves chocolate and blueberry into a layered experience. At 8.5% ABV, it delivers substantial flavour without overwhelming alcohol heat. Poured jet-black with a brown head, the beer reveals vanilla, chocolate and coffee aromas with gentle fruity undertones. On the palate, it lives up to its name: thick and smooth, with deep chocolate and caramel notes that linger like a dessert wine. The finish carries warmth and a lingering cocoa sweetness that coats the mouth, leaving an impression reminiscent of chocolate liqueur.
