Riappala 2.0 is the reimagined version of a flagship beer from Piccolo Birrificio Clandestino, a craft brewery based in Livorno, Tuscany. This American IPA features a revised hop profile that emphasizes tropical fruit character. Grapefruit and mango lead both the aroma and palate, with supporting notes of apple and pine. A biscuity malt foundation provides structure and balance against the clean hop bitterness.
