Anagram is an ambitious Imperial Stout from Omnipollo, the nomadic Swedish brewing collective founded by Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin. This pastry stout blends blueberry and cheesecake character into a full, layered base built on barley, wheat and oats. The nose reveals intense blueberry notes mingled with tropical pineapple accents and hints of crème brûlée. On the palate, sweet cheesecake and blueberry character dominate, supported by dark malt with toasty and toffee undertones. The finish is warm and lingering, with a pleasant alcohol warmth befitting its 12% ABV. Omnipollo frequently collaborates with other breweries such as Dugges Bryggeri. Select editions of Anagram are matured in bourbon or double barrels, adding extra depth to this ambitious beer.
