Octave is a celebratory take on Omnipollo's iconic Levon Belgian Pale Ale, brewed at De Proefbrouwerij in Belgium. Born from the creative partnership between brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin—who founded Omnipollo as equals in 2010—this 6.4% beer marries complexity with refreshment. The yeast and hops work in concert with a straightforward malt bill to deliver something both flavourful and approachable.
